5 Famous Contemporary Artists in the World

As far as modern art is concerned, there are different artist with some of the world’s most famous masterpiece out there. Contemporary art is the modern art that was not only produced in the modern era but also the kind of art that has really revolutionized the way individuals used to view are in the earlier years of the 1970S and below. 1. Claude Monet

Best known for his Masterpiece Water Lilies, Claude Monet is a French nationality and was not only the founder of the art movement known as the Impressionism that is the brain behind the emphasis on vivid colors and candid poses. His work has really put a lot of emphasis on light and how it is very important in changing the qualities. Famously know because of his masterpiece, The Starry Night (1889), he has made an impact in the art industry despite the fact that he was known to mentally unstable and that led to him taking his life by shooting himself in the chest with a revolver. He is not only credited the main people who have developed the modern art but also a very important person in the Western art.

Picasso is not a new name in the art industry, despite being there in the 1880s, his work has not only become the epitome of the art industry in the 20th century but also the founder of the cubism movement by breaking the practice of the past. 4. Frida Kahlo

One main fact about Frida is that she is not a born artist and the fact that he has become one of the renowned artists of all time is really a wonder, she had to abandon her medical career after a devastating accident that happened to her and her friend while riding a bus. She started painting while in hospital after undergoing a series of operations in her body.
